Affiliate Terms

Effective date: 12 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Corelo AI Ltd ("Corelo," "we," "us," "our") when you join the Corelo affiliate programme: you share your own code with businesses, and we pay you a share of what they pay us. You accept them when you tick the box to apply or to join.

1. Joining

You can join when we invite you by email, or apply from our website. We look at every application and may say no without giving a reason. You must be 18 or over. Once you are in, we make your own code and email it to you.

2. What you earn

  • You earn the rate shown when you joined, 20% unless we agreed a different rate with you, of what each business that uses your code pays Corelo.
  • Only payments made after the business used your code count, and only in its first 12 months, counted from its first payment.
  • A business counts once it has paid for 60 days, so a business that cancels quickly earns you nothing.
  • Anything we refund to the business is taken off.
  • Your own business, or a business you own or run, does not count.

A business that uses your code gets the offer shown when you joined: 10% off its first 3 months unless we agreed otherwise. You may not offer it anything else.

3. How you are paid

Each month we email you a statement of every payment that counted and what you earned on it. We pay what you are owed by bank transfer to the account you gave us, within 30 days of the end of each month. To change your bank details, email [email protected].

You are responsible for any tax and National Insurance on what we pay you. If you are registered for VAT, tell us before your first payment.

4. Sharing your code

  • You may tell people about Corelo and give them your code: in person, by phone, or in messages to people who have asked to hear from you.
  • Ask us first before you publish your code or advertise Corelo anywhere public, such as a website, social media, a paid advert, or a discount or voucher site. Never bid on the name Corelo in search adverts.
  • If we agree that you can recommend Corelo in public, make clear every time that you are paid for it, for example by labelling the post as an advert.
  • Never present yourself as Corelo or as working for Corelo. You may say that you are a Corelo affiliate.
  • Do not use the Corelo name or logo in your own business name, website address or social media name. Do not write reviews of Corelo, and do not say anything untrue about Corelo or about other companies, to win a business.
  • Only promise what is on corelo.ai: the plans, prices and features as they are described there. No discounts, prices or features of your own.

5. Contacting businesses

UK law, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, controls marketing calls, texts and emails, and Corelo can be held responsible for marketing done to win it customers. These rules are part of this agreement, and breaking any of them ends it.

  • Before you phone a business about Corelo, check the number against the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS) registers, for example at tpscheck.uk, and do not call any number that is listed. Check again if you have not checked a number in the last 28 days.
  • Show your number when you call, never withhold it, and say your name and that you are calling about Corelo.
  • Do not send marketing texts or emails to a business that has not asked to hear from you. Most of the businesses Corelo is for are sole traders, who the law treats as individuals.
  • If anyone asks not to be contacted, do not contact them again, and email [email protected] with their name and number so that nobody at Corelo contacts them either.
  • Call at reasonable times, and end the call politely when someone says they are not interested.

6. Information about businesses

Keep the details of the businesses you speak to private, use them only to tell those businesses about Corelo, and do not share them with anyone else. Delete them when you stop being an affiliate. If you lose any of them, or think someone else has seen them, tell us straight away at [email protected].

7. Your own details

We keep your name, your email address and your bank details to run the programme and to pay you. Your bank details are kept encrypted and are only used to pay you. We keep a record of what we paid you for as long as the law requires for tax, usually six years. To see, correct or ask us to delete your details, email [email protected].

8. Ending

You can stop being an affiliate at any time by emailing [email protected]. We can end it at any time by emailing you. Your code stops working when it ends.

If either of us ends it for any reason other than a broken rule, you keep earning on the businesses that had already used your code, for the rest of their first 12 months, and we keep sending your statement and paying you as before.

If you break any of these terms, we can end it straight away. You stop earning from that day, and we do not pay anything earned through the breach.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and the effective date above will change with it. A change never reduces what you have already earned. If you do not accept a change, you can stop being an affiliate before it takes effect.

10. Our relationship

You are not our employee, agent or partner. You cannot make promises, sign anything or accept anything on Corelo's behalf. You decide when, how and whether you share your code, you can do other work, including for other businesses, and you pay your own costs, such as your phone and travel.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable to you for any loss of profit or income other than commission these terms say you have earned, and our total liability to you in any 12 month period is limited to the commission we paid you in that period.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
